What to Expect When You Book Rob as a Coach:

Rob limits his coaching to a maximum of five people at any time. You are prioritized and availability matters. His philosophy for coaching centers around real-time support meaning you can call when you want coaching on demand.
You can expect an initial introduction call to get to know each other and an appropriate 360-degree survey. Weekly scheduled calls will follow a program that sets the stage for success. You’ll also get on-demand support to guide you through the trickiest of circumstances and achieve your goals.

Workshops
Soft Skills Drive Performance.
In addition to coaching and mainstage keynotes, Rob offers a range of customizable soft skills ‘Powershops’ that can run from 45-minute presentations to half or full-day interactive workshops.
Powershops are perfect for breakout tracks with a subset of the audience focusing on specific topics. Rob also accepts contract work to deliver an agreed number of workshops over a year.
